iFIT Return Policy
This return policy only applies to apparel, small products such as heart rate monitors, bottles, and gift cards sold through iFIT.com, but does not apply to exercise equipment or iFIT memberships.
All Sweat branded apparel, sale products, food, supplements, iFIT gift cards, and all purchases made using rewards, gift cards, milestones, and/or promotional codes are FINAL SALE only. No returns or exchanges can be made. No refunds will be provided. If you send us a product that falls in one of these categories, you will forfeit the product and you will not receive a refund, merchandise credit, or exchange.
All other products purchased on this site and shipped to customers within the United States may be returned for a merchandise credit within 30 days of the date of purchase provided you return the product in accordance with this Policy and we receive the product in its original, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition with tags or labels attached. Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are not refundable and will not be credited. Merchandise credit is not available for products shipped to customers outside the United States.

Follow all prompts to obtain a return authorization number, request a return, request the merchandise credit minus a $15 return fee, and generate a pre-paid shipping return label. You must complete this process and return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase indicated on your invoice. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you send us a product outside of this period or send us a product without a return authorization number, you will forfeit the product and you will not receive a merchandise credit.
When returning a product, please follow the steps outlined in the return portal and carefully pack the product in its original packaging along with your return authorization number and any paperwork you received with your purchase. All products must be returned in original, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition with tags or labels attached. iFIT reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding returns, including the right to deny issuing a merchandise credit for the returned product.
After we receive your product, we will issue a merchandise credit if authorized by this Policy within 30 days to the address you provided with your original purchase.
If you receive a damaged product or iFIT is responsible for a fulfillment error, please email
support@ifit.com, describe the damage or error, and attach a copy of your shipping receipt and photos showing the damage. If iFIT is responsible for the damage or error, we will provide instructions for you to follow to obtain an exchange or merchandise credit. No return and restocking fee will apply. iFIT reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding exchanges, including the right to deny replacement of a damaged or incorrectly sent product.
