Apparel & Accessories Return Policy

If you would like to return your product, please call 1-866-896-9777 within 30 days from the date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice) to obtain a return authorization number and arrange the return of your product. Returns outside of this period will be sent back to you. 

When returning your item, please carefully pack your product in its box and follow the steps outlined by the customer service representative. Products must include a return note with instructions. Once we receive your product and its return authorization number, we will issue you a full refund in the same form of payment originally used within 30 days of us receiving your returned product. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse any shipping charges. 

All products must be returned in good condition — meaning garments must be unworn, unwashed, have all tags attached, and have no makeup, stains, or strong odors on them — with all paperwork and items included in packaging. Products that were purchased with a credit note, on sale, or with promo coupons (not including your welcome promotion) will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept returns for iFIT Gift Cards that are currently listed in the shop. These membership activation gift cards are final sale.

Apparel & Accessories Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your product, then your replacement will be sent as a new order and you will receive an order and shipping confirmation by email. Please allow 3 business days for an exchange to be processed from the date that the returned product is received by Treble Active. If the requested product is unavailable, your order will be refunded and you will be advised by email.

International customers: please note that we only offer returns on your orders. No exchanges are applicable. 

Nutrition Return & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns and exchanges for iFIT Cookbooks. Unfortunately, we have a strict policy where we cannot accept returns or exchanges for supplements due to cleanliness reasons — even those that are unopened. However, if your product is damaged, incorrect, or faulty when you receive it, then we will do our best to make it right by sending you a new product or giving you a full refund.

For iFIT Cookbooks, please follow the same return and exchange process as apparel and accessories, which is outlined above.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you can contact us at hello@ifitshop.com to obtain a replacement or full refund (including the return shipping cost). Please email us a copy of your shipping receipt and attach any photos showing the defect or fault as this will help speed up the process and allow us to get your refund or replacement product to you as quickly as possible.
