We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re dissatisfied for any reason, please call 1-866-896-9777 within 30 days from the date you receive your item to obtain a Return Authorization number and arrange the return of your product. We only accept returns and exchanges for apparel and accessories. Since nutrition products are consumable, we cannot accept them, even if they are unopened. However, if your product is damaged, incorrect, or faulty when you receive it, then we will do our best to make it right by either sending you a new product or giving you a full refund.
When returning your item, please carefully pack your product in its box and follow the steps outlined by the customer service representative. Once we receive your product and its Return Authorization number, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We will not reimburse any shipping charges.
All products must be returned in good condition with all paperwork, parts, and accessories included in packaging. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used within 30 days of us receiving your returned product.
If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to send you a replacement or give you a full refund.

- Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside of this period will be sent back to you.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. This means garments must be unworn & unwashed, have all tags attached, and have no makeup, stains, or strong odors on them.
- Returns or exchanges for items purchased using a credit note, on sale, or with promo coupons (not including your welcome promotion) will not be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges for online orders can only be processed directly through our online store department.
- Returns that do not include a return note with instructions will be returned to the sender.
- We do not cover the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as iFIT is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
- International customers please note that we only offer returns on your orders. NO exchanges applicable.
If you would like to exchange your full priced accessory or apparel item for a different style or size, your replacement item will be sent as a new order and you will receive an order and shipping confirmation by email. We automatically include a 90 day warranty for the iFIT SmartBeat™ Forearm Heart Rate Monitor.
Please allow 3 business days for an exchange to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Treble Active.
If the requested item is unavailable, your order will be refunded and you will be advised by email.
Faulty / damaged items
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. In the very unlikely and extremely embarrassing event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. If possible, please attach a photo or two showing the defect/fault to the email as this will help speed up the return process.
Of course we offer a full refund (including return shipping cost) on damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, but we would much rather get you what you wanted in the first place. If you do want a refund, please send us a copy of your shipping receipt so we can return the funds to you.
