Comments: I am a mother of two. I recently gave birth to my second child four months ago. Luckily, I only gained total of 20 pounds during my pregnancy. I was always active for the past ten years and worked out at least twice a week. (weights and running etc..)For that, I was always between 128-130 pounds for the past twenty years. After I purchased the treadmill, I followed the sample work outs from I fit and decided to order Jillian's workouts. It's been three weeks, and I used level 1 three times a week. I am now 124 pounds!!!!! As I saw the toned body I was getting from her work out, I wanted to eat better and get real fit. My husband couldn't believe the results I got. I feel sexier than ever.And I can't wait to challenge level 2 and 3. I finally realized that the key to losing weight is to go beyond what you can achieve...
