Comments: These cards are an absolute Godsend! I'm serious. I have completed 3 weeks (9 sessions) and the fat is truly melting right off my body! In addition, I walk 1-1/2 miles per day and have adopted a healthy eating program. Within the past 4 weeks I have dropped 2 jean sizes and haven't felt better in years. Thank you Jillian, thank you ifit, thank you Nordic Track. I tell everyone about this incline trainer!
