Comments: I have the treadmill and didn't even check out the Level 1 Ifit card that came with the machine. I just thought it was like the one in the store and didn't think twice about it.Ive been gaining weight even though I was on the treadmill no less than 3 times a week. (That's what the manual suggested.) I have Asthma and ran into a problem right after getting the machine. Not allot of fun to stop in the middle of your workout and try to breath.The last time I went to the Dr. he asked what I was doing for exercise. So I told him I did the treadmill @ least 3 times a week and I walked everyday with my husband along with doing everyday errands. He suggested that I use the treadmill everyday. The first thing that ran though my mind is there goes my Asthma. So I looked @ the chip and decided to try it. I've used it everyday since then. I don't have Asthma though the workout and I'm fitting into a pair of jeans that I couldn't get into a week ago. What a deal!!! My husband says he's going to start on Mon. doing the same thing. (He's getting over cracked ribs so he's just a little leary)This is GREAT for all of us that have a few miles on us and have gained our spare tire over the years from what ever reason. Don't buy into the "middle age spread" it will keep spreading at that rate. I use to be a bean pole! I don't want to go back there but I definately don't want to become a blimp either. This is easy and it's only 20 mins. a day.Thanks again
