Comments: I'm a new user for the iFit cards and must say that I was disappointed with the lack of instructions that came with the cards. If you're new to iFit technology, there is nothing to let you know which work outs to use or for how long.The exercise is good for a beginner, a little tough but not too difficult if you focus on your goal.Also, for some reason Level 1 does not advance to the next workout and this must be manually entered each time I turn on the treadmill.Overall disappointed.
