Comments: My husand bought this for me to use on my treadmill. This is definitely a TOUGH workout. NOT for beginners AT ALL! I love it and am noticing changes in my ability to perform each workout, HOWEVER, I have been training for some time prior to doing these workouts. Even with the prior training, I have to slow it down frequently for breaks. As it says, it begins with 45-60 minute workouts with a sustained pace of 7-10mph.. and I mean SUSTAINED. There are no workouts (even in the beginning) that allow any breaks or walking other than the initial warm-up & the cool-down. It is 45+ minutes of full out sprinting! GREAT PRODUCT, but TOUGH!
