Comments: I reviewed Level 1 after only 3 weeks and loved it - Level 1 is excellent. Level 2 is everything I thought it would be. Yes, I was scared, yes I'm feeling it afterward, but it is working so amazingly. Remember to breathe long and full through your nose, and have a fresh cold bottle of water in that cupholder. Just don't quite - keep at it. I'm having the time of my life buying new slim jeans, tshirts, and lingerie. I'm working it and it shows! Thank you ifit!
