Comments: This is the ideal workout for someone that wants both the cardio and the strength training. I have a hard time with just doing a full 30-45 min on the treadmill without becoming incredibly bored, so this work out keeps it fun and interesting. I love the "training with a trainer" feel and look forward to the next days workout. I highly recommend it! As for the missing exercise chart, mine was in the package, but if yours is left out the chart is available to download on this site.
