Comments: I have purchased several of the iFit cards and have been 100%pleased they are GREAT, HOWEVER when I purchased the Body Sculpting card, got it home, placed in the treadmill I got through the first portion then it says "Step Off and Perform Exercise One" The problem you ask? WHAT IS EXERCISE ONE ?? I searched the package and guess what.... NOTHING...I attempted to contact iFit and wasted 35 minutes with NO satisfaction. The one operator that I did speak with says "Oh, thats not good, you are missing the exercise card" He was to put me through to customer service who could email one to me, and guess what.....20 minutes on hold and NOTHING....Several calls again with NO help....Beware of this product !!
