Level 1 is Hellish

Comments: I have had my Nordic Track Incline treadmill for about one week now. I have Jillian's 1,2,3 pack Ifit cards. I have to say I only completed Level 1 once. It is kicking my you-know-what! That's Level 1! I am so afraid of using Levels 2 and 3, and just might not ever get to them. However, I am determined to master Level 1 and will keep trying. My God this woman does not play!
