I agree-- errors
By fitmom (Allentown, PA) on Mar 18, 2009
I agree with the person below. I completed all of level 1, and yet, she never ramped it up to 5 mph. Then, excited I was ready for level 2, I was totally sucking wind b/c it starts out with 6 mph. Seems like there needs to be a level 1.5. What a downer. Level 1 too easy, Level 2 makes me feel out of... (Read more)

Great product
By Jewelz (Lancaster, NY) on Mar 20, 2009
I love this. I use the treadmill workout. I am into week three. Very motivating. Yes, it does not go to 5 mph, but it's a great product.

Details?
By N-trng (Houston, TX) on May 17, 2009
I am enjoying the IFIT card with my treadmill. I'm on week 3. I am disappointed that there is no information to tell me which workout I am on. I'm not sure how I can share this treadmill with someone and always get back to the right workout. I also don't see any documentation to say if 8-weeks of... (Read more)

Dr.'s orfders
By Co (Reno, NV.) on Jun 5, 2009
I have the treadmill and didn't even check out the Level 1 Ifit card that came with the machine. I just thought it was like the one in the store and didn't think twice about it.Ive been gaining weight even though I was on the treadmill no less than 3 times a week. (That's what the manual suggested.)... (Read more)

My card BLEW UP!
By pjallie (Michigan) on Sep 15, 2009
While pushing through to the next levels because it doesn't always remember where I left off it power surged my treadmill and the fan went on high for a second and the card doesn't work. Too bad cuz I wasn't able to finish it, got to week 7 and then boom! Totally dead. Otherwise, it really helped ... (Read more)

JUST FINISHED WEEK 8 - LOVE THIS!!!!
By MicheleMarie (Belleview, Fl) on Sep 26, 2009
I love the IFit thing!!! My treadmill "talks" to me so at the beginning of each workout it tells me what week and program I'm on. And Jillian is constantly giving me little "tips" for a better workout. If it's not on the workout I finished off with (my mom is using this same card) I can press the ar... (Read more)

Errors
By cjo (Chicago, IL) on Jan 31, 2009
I just bought the level 1 weght loss card and was surprised and disappointed by the errors in the audio. Several times she said the speed would go up to 5 mph but it never did. Very often, she said we would do an interval and then reduce speed right before the speed just reduced, no interval. Con... (Read more)

Happy with workout.
By JB (PA) on Feb 1, 2009
I have both the treadmill and the Elliptical. I finished level one and moved on two level two. Doing both 4 times a week. First half was very easy for me. Elliptical harder then Treadmill. Went smooth, except for the 5mph she calls for on Treadmill. Only goes to 3.5. Interval training is good... (Read more)

I have the Elliptical iFit machine, very impressed with how much she talks you thru each step of the workout and motivates me thru the whole workout. I look forward to my next workout with Jillian.

Start out with Level 1
By happy (Eau Claire, WI) on Feb 18, 2009
I am pretty out of shape but decided to start with level 2 for the elliptical...not a great idea. It is very hard. I would start off with Level 1 so you can work your way up to level 2. I am going to buy the level 1 now..
