I agree with the person below. I completed all of level 1, and yet, she never ramped it up to 5 mph. Then, excited I was ready for level 2, I was totally sucking wind b/c it starts out with 6 mph. all of you complaining that level one doesn't go to 5 mph.... according the description it's not supposed to! it only goes to 3.5... that's 3 1/2...

I love this. I use the treadmill workout. I am into week three. Very motivating. Yes, it does not go to 5 mph, but it's a great product.

I am enjoying the IFIT card with my treadmill. I'm on week 3. I am disappointed that there is no information to tell me which workout I am on.
