No mystery

They have a link to the areobic exercise chart on the link to the body shaping/body sculpting cards. I was confused at first also, but, it all made sense when I found it. The #3 card is HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

WARNING Mystery Workout-Beware

I have purchased several of the iFit cards and have been 100%pleased they are GREAT, HOWEVER when I purchased the Body Sculpting card, got it home, placed in the treadmill I got through the first portion then it says "Step Off and Perform Exercise One" The problem you ask? This is the ideal workout for someone that wants both the cardio and the strength training. I have a hard time with just doing a full 30-45 min on the treadmill without becoming incredibly bored, so this work out keeps it fun and interesting.
