I'm a new user for the iFit cards and must say that I was disappointed with the lack of instructions that came with the cards. Big jump from card 1 to card 2

I started with level 1 and felt like they were challenging to a treadmill newbie but not too tough. After I finished all of the level 1 workouts I purchased card 2. I got level 3 weight loss and am very happy. It pushed me much harder than I had been pushing myself and results showed immediately.
