I love the IFit thing!!! My treadmill "talks" to me so at the beginning of each workout it tells me what week and program I'm on. And Jillian is constantly giving me little "tips" for a better workout. If it's not on the workout I finished off with (my mom is using this same card) I can press the ar... Read more

I just bought the level 1 weght loss card and was surprised and disappointed by the errors in the audio. Several times she said the speed would go up to 5 mph but it never did. My next workout will be the beginning of week 6 and I feel great. However, I find that I am ready for more, but perhaps not quite at level 2 ( I peaked ahead to level 2 and saw I'd be running at 6mph in the first workout and I hoping it's not true since our max speed for level 1 is 3.5mph). I have both the treadmill and the Elliptical. I finished level one and moved on two level two. Doing both 4 times a week. First half was very easy for me. Elliptical harder then Treadmill. Went smooth, except for the 5mph she calls for on Treadmill. Only goes to 3.5. Interval training is good... Read more
